No Indian player in World XI team!




The ICC team for world XI to play against Pakistan in the three-match T20 series next month has been announced.

South African player Faf Du Plessis is going to lead the world team which includes five Proteas players.

Due to the tensions between India and Pakistan, none of the Indian players is participating in the series.

The series is a part of the campaign planned to bring cricket back to Pakistan.

The world XI squad was confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday.

World XI squad: Faf du Plessis (South Africa, captain), Hashim Amla (SA), George Bailey (Australia), Paul Collingwood (England), Ben Cutting (Aus), Grant Elliott (New Zealand), Tamim Iqbal (Bangladesh), David Miller (SA), Tim Paine (Aus, WK), Thisara Perera (Sri Lanka), Darren Sammy (West Indies), Samuel Badree (WI), Morne Morkel (SA), Imran Tahir (SA)
